ORDERS

  1. How do I place an order?

Find the product(s) you would like to purchase by browsing the site or by using the search bar. On the product page, click “Add to cart” to begin the checkout. To have your items shipped, click the “Checkout” button in your cart and log on your account to enter your shipping and payment information. Submit your order and wait for a confirmation email that will update you of its status.

  1. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. By using the tracking number which will provided in your shipment confirmation sent by email.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call the Customer Service to cancel your order and we will use our best endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return/Other section of the Terms and Conditions for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service for any assistance.

  1. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If, as a result of such error, you receive the wrong product or a faulty product, you only have to return the product to us in its original box and packaging intact within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to the Return section below for further information.

 

PAYMENTS

  1. How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payments methods: credit card, debit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, Cash on delivery and Wojooh Beauty Rewards Points.

  1. When will I be charged?

If you pay by credit/debit card, once the transaction is completed online, your card will be charged automatically upon validation of the order.

  1. Is it safe to order online?

We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

 

DELIVERIES

  1. Where do you deliver?

Our local courier delivery service company delivers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

  1. How much does delivery cost?

For all orders of SAR 549 and above, if you chose to pay:

-       by credit/debit card or pay with your Wojooh Beauty Rewards Points, delivery will be free of charge;

-       cash on delivery: the delivery fee will be SAR 25.00 .

For all other orders below SAR 549, if you chose to pay:

-       by credit/debit card or with your Wojooh Beauty Rewards Points delivery fee will be SAR 30.00 .

-       cash on delivery, delivery fee will be SAR 55.00 .

  1. How long will delivery take?

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 days.

  1. What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order.

  1. Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes you can ship to a different address. When you are in the checkout process you will be invited to enter and select the billing and shipping address.

  1. What if my parcel does not arrive?

In such a case please contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.

 

RETURNS

  1. How long I have to return an item?
  • Wrong, defective or damaged product

We endeavor to provide an accurate description of the products on our Website. Likewise, we always endeavor to supply through our Website products approved by the Saudi Food and Drug Administration and we take particular care to ensure that the products reach you long before their expiry dates (if and when applicable).

However, we must recognize that errors may occur.

If, as a result of such error, you receive:

-       the wrong product; or

-       a product that does not fit the description provided on the Website; or

-       a product that is damaged or defective;

please logon into your account and fill in the Return Form in order to start the return process  and our Customer Service will call you to assist you with your request.

You may return the product(s) by visiting your nearest Wojooh store.

If you are not able to visit a Wojooh store, please contact our Customer Service who will assist you accordingly.

The product must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging intact, within 7 days of receipt of your order. The original invoice must be presented along with your ID.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), we will refund the price and any applicable delivery charge.

If you paid:

-       by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting within a reasonable period of time the same credit/debit card used during the order process;

-       with Wojooh Beauty Rewards Points, your points will be credited back to your Wojooh Beauty Rewards account within a reasonable period of time.

-       cash on delivery, our Customer Service will issue a check to the person who placed the order.

  • Others

Returns for any reasons other than the ones defined in the section above will only be accepted in your nearest Wojooh Store.

The product must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging intact, within 7 days of receipt of your order. The original invoice must be presented along with your ID.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), we will refund the price (with the exclusion of any delivery charge).

If you paid:

-       by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used during the order process within a reasonable period of time;

-       with your Wojooh Beauty Rewards Points, your points will be credited back to your Wojooh Beauty Rewards account within a reasonable period of time;

-       cash on delivery, our Customer Service will issue a check to the person who placed the order.

There may be situations in which you are not able to return a product within the 7 days of receipt, in such cases please contact our Customer Service or through the Contact Us page and file a request. Requests are handled on case by case basis at our discretion.

  1. How much does it cost to return an item?

Return is free of charge in case of wrong, defective or damaged product only.

  1. Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes of course. You may exchange your product(s) by returning it(them) to your nearest Wojooh store within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.

The product must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging intact. The original invoice must be presented along with your ID.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), You may exchange your product(s) with any other product(s):

-       of the same value; or

-       of a lower value, in which case any excess will be refunded to you; or

-       of a greater value, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.
